Happy Late Easter

It was not only a super busy Easter weekend for me but I have fallen off the wagon.

First lets talk about my busy weekend.
I was lucky enough to have Friday off so I made an appointment for The Naked Monkey in Fishers to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed.  I then headed to a friends house in Greenwood to hang out with her and her little son, I have not seen them since August when we went camping.  He was so cute and he was walking and starting to talk just a bit.  I think he only knows how to say da da right now.  He has several teeth now and he is just one of the happiest kids I know.  I know your thinking whats the big deal but the last time I saw the little guy he still had to be fed by a feeding tube.  He was born very premature and in turn wasn't able to develop swallowing for a long time.  I think he was 8 months before they were able to take the tube out for good.
After I left her house, I needed to do some shopping.  The husband needed a plain white polo to wear during Ambulance ride time and ER time for his EMT class that he is taking.  I also bought a new pair of pants and some new shirts, its probably been 6 months since I have bought myself clothes.
Then I found out that my in-laws were coming into to town and wanted to take my precious Abby a night early for the weekend.  Since we just found out that my dog doesn't like to sleep at Grandma & Grandpa's, I figured it was their choice to live with it an extra night.
Saturday started early for us, we headed for Kentucky at 7 am and stopped at Cracker Barrel midway there for breakfast.  I was so happy to be there, I feel more at home in Kentucky than I do here in Indiana.  Once we arrived at my Aunt T & Uncle F's house its basically just sitting around and catching up with everyone.  For dinner we headed to my Uncle H & Aunt M's house for more chatting, catching up, drinking beer and watch Butler win their game to go to the Championship game.
Sunday is filled with more people coming in town and big Easter lunch consisting of the best thing in this world, COUNTRY HAM and some other goodies.  Boy do I love that stuff!  Thankfully I got to take a little baggy of it home.  The only thing that bugs me is that I took my camera and never got it out!

Best thing about Easter is getting to see my wonderful family!  They are truly the best and I am better by being around them.
Happy Easter Y'all
