Ok so there is really no Menu this week for us. My husband said he would cook dinner this week, AWESOME! But I just remembered today that he has EMT class 3 nights instead of the regular two, now I know why he offered to cook! That little bugger. HAHA oh well. I am still grateful.
I have 2 depressing points this week.
#1 - My Kentucky Wildcats lost in the Mens NCAA Tournament on Saturday. So I am now in a depressed state until September when College Football starts off. However on a side note the Womens Kentucky Basketball team is still in their NCAA Tournament and they have a good chance of going all the way, except UConn looks to be impossible to beat right now. The Lady Wildcats have gone this far in the tournament in a long time and they have a really great down to earth Coach!
#2 - My friends C & C are going through a rough time right now and I really feel for them. They have 2 wonderful little girls, that I love more than anything. My husband and I have always felt that they were a wonderful example to the two of us for how a marriage should be and could be. They were great at arguing and great at compromising and great at loving each other. My girlfriend C, has been questioning everything about herself lately. You name it she has questioned it, is she a good mom, a good friend, good wife, does she want to be with her husband, is she a good friend. We had a nice long chat this past Sunday and its been hard to not think about our chat. She is depressed and its hurting her, her husband, friendships and soon it will be her kids. I won't push her to go to therapy but I did inform her that she needed to look into it. I am hoping for the best for both of them as a couple and C as a person.
But for some good news this week. On Friday I have an appointment with The Naked Monkey to get my eye brows & upper lip waxed. This is the best place to go in Indianapolis for waxing. Its been about a year since I have been due to an hour drive just for a little wax. But I seem to be allergic to some of the waxes around here in Muncie and most places won't buy special wax. The Naked Monkey has 27 different waxes to work with your skin and they are super quick, nice and reasonably priced. Can you tell I am excited?

Also on Saturday, my parents, my husband & me are heading to Kentucky to see the best family in the world for Easter. This means that I need to pack a container to take home some leftover COUNTRY HAM. If you don't know what Country Ham is, is ham that is salt cured. Which means that it is salty and that is making my mouth water right now! But seriously I can't wait to see my family, they are the best and I hate leaving them. I miss them so much and wish we could just move closer to Kentucky, than a 4 hour drive.
